Calm before another storm!

Today I have done a little ironing and cleared out another shelf in my wardrobe....lots gone in the charity bag, but really I am hopeless at clearing out! still managed to put back my fave, 12/14/16/18/ not telling how high the numbers go lol.......because we have been decorating and doing jobs since April, every room needs a good clear-out! when I do pluck up courage, something happens to distract me...... today, himself managed to rise and not quite shine at 11am.......after breakfast, got him steam-cleaning suite and then he said he did not feel well, that does not help when Mum says she is too tired to get up, so, it was 2.30 pm when she had breakfast! by this time I had emptied shelf 2 when himself declared he has the shivers and running to loo!!!!! had to stop the clear-out and sent him to bed, tomorrow, the decorator is back working in the living room! I came to make my first challenge card in ages, now going to make my tea and Mums lunch!lol

I went to ICU last night to see Aunty Sue, she had good colour and stayed awake while I was there,----- isn't it lovely when you know you have not bored someone so much they fall asleep!! she is responding well after her op.... but it will be a long and slow progress to better health..... she looked so pretty, the nurse had platted her hair,(the nurses gave her a shower and washed her hair the day before her op) still had lots of drips and things but a nice? gown on as well! I was so pleased and relived.... the only way is up now!
after all that, on to todays card.............. I have not started on Christmas yet so today I followed the sketch on Creative Inspirations and did christmas as well.

Fab card, love the "snow" you've used. Hope your OH recovers quickly & you are pleased with your decorator's work.

Poor Aunty Sue, do send her my love & wish her a very speedy recovery. I would like to send her a card, where should I send it to? I don't wish to put my personal details on public view, but if you are on DC, I can be pm'd through them (I'm Followyourdreams on there) xx
