What a week

I will not bore you with details, but what a hectic week, hopefully I will have more time to myself next week lol........Him indoors just got back at 1pm from overnight trip back from Germany and as he was getting undressed for a shower, realized he had lost his wallet!.. Just then the phone rang, it was a lady from the cafe he had called at for breakfast so say they had found his wallet. Lady handed it in, everything intact, money, cards and stuff. How great is that, shows there are still honest folk around. Now he has to drive back on a one hundred and eighty mile trip to pick it up..... methinks he will sleep all evening!! hehehehe.
Sun shining, washer on, I was determined to make 2 baby cards today.... the baby was born last Sunday and will be walking if I don't get a shift on lol.... these are for my next door neighbour who has now become a Great Grandma, first up is a real cutie pie......

Gingham paper from stash
Pink Gem clear stamp
Coloured with pro-markers and glittered stars
Sentiment PC generated and chalked
MS punch
Large rose sprayed with silver glitter
2 smaller roeses from wild orchid
Babys breath, lace angel and pearl from stash

I will be entering the following challenge;

Flutterby Wednesday ...... open challenge

DYSU .......... Anything goes

Thank you for your visit, enjoy your weekend

Gorgeous card Christine. Doesn't it restore your faith in people to realise there are honest people. So glad hubby's wallet was found & handed in, hope the journey to retrieve it was ok xx

Another sweet beauty! Love the colors and the detail on this. You are really good at these. What a wonderful story about the wallet. Yes, there are still good people in this world. Seems fewer and farther between, but they are there. And many are crafters!!
