Different for me

I hope you are well and warm, a bit misty and cold here in Manchester. I have been busy doing bits of this, that and the other, finished clearing the shed, cut the lawns, just need to get to grips with the greenhouse now and plant some tomatos......then some weeding...... never ends lol...

I made this birthday card for my cousin who is the one helping me to get to grips with quilt-making lol. some of the bits for this were picked up at the craft fayre two weeks ago. I decided on this theme as Brenda has always done lots of sewing and has 6 different machines!!!!

Backing paper and 'Lady in corset' were a freebie from Clearly Vintage, matted on to cream card
distressed with vintage photo pad
sewing machine and scissor charms from fayre, Brass ring from stash
flower is ribbon with pull-string, again bought at fayre (more cream in real life, light caught it)
lace from bargin bag a few weeks ago

The inside was done to match, along with 75th birthday wishes...... only thing was.... she is 76!!! OOpppppsssss
