Here I am with my third LilyBo quilt, because there was enough material, I have made 2 of these. They are backed with fleece as a comfort during treatment.
I would rather make these for the children undergoing cancer treatments than put money in a tin for charity........ at least I know they have gone to a good cause, it is also local to me at Alder Hey, Liverpool. There is also a bag and a little animal so it can be transported to hospital during the chemo treatments.

I have almost finished my next one.
This is a cause close to my heart as I have had family members who had/or still undergoing, treatment for cancer and I was lucky enough to meet a cousin in New Zeland in December, who emigrated at 5 years old and is now 75, living in Sidney Australia, and she was well enough during her treatment to come for two days for the wedding........ There, but for the grace of GOD go I......Anyway, I am looking forward to my next quilt which will be blue, again for a little girl, with butterflies and spots lol.
Thank you for taking the time to visit me
Hugs Tilly x

What a fantastic idea, love these, and the bag is a great idea too, ~I know from experience that little ones like to have something familiar around them when they go into hospital for treatment. Cobie has now completed his chemo and is now in remmission, he just goes once a month for a check up, so thankfully god was looking down on us and spared our darling grandson, love and huigs to you and yours x
