Sunny Monday to you.........

A lovely day here, I think someone forgot it was Bank holiday as it's not normally nice 2 days in a row lol

I thought I would show you how productive I was last week after the raspberry jam and scones.

First was the apple and blackberry crumbles, these are for the freezer, the other was eaten with custard for tea lol

followed the day after by mincemeat for Christmas which was soaked in brandy
and then bottled and sealed

followed on Thursday by Blackberry jam

The blue lids are jelly and the red is jam with some seeds (my fave)
Friday was apples from next doors tree which I have part cooked and frozen ready for pies.
My 'Lady Lair' (the old 'man cave' (shed)  is now looking good with the jars on my new shelves.
Feel free to ask for a jar if you are popping by lol

I hope you are enjoying your holiday Monday.

 Hugs Tilly x

Lol Do You Have A Table At Your Gate With A Bucket For Your Wares. I Would Always Buy From The Farms And Houses That Did This While We Was Out

Hi Tilly

Put a table by your front gate, you would make a fortune towards your next holiday to Australia.

You are a bit far away for me to pop by, but my mouth is watering just looking at it all.

Oooh, yum! It all looks so lovely and how worthwhile. I'd been so busy for so long that last week I stopped and indulged myself and made 6 blackcurrant pies and six Bakewell tarts (5 of each went into the freezer) and I enjoyed it anfd felt good about it. There was a glut of strawberries on Ormskirk Market on Bank Holiday Saturday that the stalls were selling them off so I came home with a ton and made jam! I needed time out and it did me good.
Hope you are doing well and think of you often,
Jo x
