Good morning.........

Back from my holiday in Northumberland and it is a wonderful coast, so much to see, the weather stayed dry and sunny but it was cold some days, I could get out and about though. I shall certainly go back that way at some stage.
I stayed in this 16th century Mansion house ( my apartment was 1st floor bay window)

This is St Abb's my nearest village 4 miles away. Taken from the harbour. Just look at that sapphire blue sea!

This is Alnwick Castle used in filming for Harry Potter and also the Christmas edition of Downton Abbey(showing which rooms they used and some of the clothes worn.)
This is Pease Bay part of the walking trail, this coast is made for smuggling with all the little bays and caves.

Here is my card for my sons birthday
Because he lives in Oz .... the postage is outrageous, so I have to go for CAS cards,
the papers are DC birthday pad, the image is from Make it crafty 'Aussie Christmas' but I thought it suited his birthday lol.... coloured with promarkers distress inked at edges and green dots from stash.  even so.... it is just over £3.00 postage!

I am entering the following challenges;

Doodle Pantry ---------------anything goes

Papertake weekly --------------anything goes

Card and scrap----------------------Male cards

Sister Act ------------anything goes

Be crafty and craft challenge -------------anything goes

Thank you for your visit and hope you enjoyed my holiday pics.
Hugs Tilly x

Brilliant card for your son, I hope he has a great birthday.
Postage is unbelievable I don't know how they justify the cost.
