still damp and wet

I  was just beginning to feel a little better and then this morning I stupidly, foolishly, brain-dead, moronly,
feebly... imagined that it may do me good to go out in the snow and very damp, cold weather!
Well, it didn't.... and all afternoon I have been back to square one !!!

I am now willing to sign up for residence in a home for the bewildered!

Here is a card that I made for Janette ...... Little Bo, who has been, and still is, poorly. I made it to fit a challenge at craft and I hope she has received it as the challenge closes soon lol.

Craftwork card stock
Pink matt
Our daily bread sentiment and flourish
Antique linen distress ink
green pearls
flowers from stash

Inside I have followed the theme and used gauze under the matting

I would like to enter the following challenges;

Craft -------- get well/bandages

Sweet stampin --------- pearls and swirls

Thank you for your visit

Keep warm and well

Hugs Tilly x

What a silly Tilly you are venturing forth in such weather. Take it easy, get well and look after yourself. Maybe you should stand that beautiful card on your own mantle shelf! to find your super quilt.
Joy this morning as I opened your parcel you really are a gem to make and send it and I assure you it will really be appreciated as the first batch was last week.
Thank you so much and I will blog it in a day or two as I do them in order of receipt.
Get well soon,
love Jo x

Hi Tilly,

I hope your trip out yesterday has not undone all the work you did getting better, some fresh air usually does help to get fresh air into the body.

Lovely card for Janette I am sure she loved it, I love the sentiment you put in it.

I hope you feel better today and keeping warm and cosy.

A perfectly beautiful card Tilly which will cheer up Janette and put a smile on her face. I didn't know she was poorly!

I hope you feel better too, these colds seem to be taking ages to get rid of...I have a snotty boy here, full of a cold and barking like a dog all night long. No doubt I'll be streaming with it next week, he's always been a generous soul!

Big hugs to you

Gorgeous card again Tilly, beautifully made and I love the sentiment and lovely flourish - eek, and on the inside too. What a dedicated crafter. Take care of that cough - keep warm and cosy!!

Spotted in a previous post you'd been to Humpty Doo - we have friends who used to live there. Such a great name!

Hugs, Di xx
