So Far it is dry here

I have put the washer on but it's looking like rain, need to have a clean-up today so I am putting my card on early..... I am knee-deep in bits of paper and foam pad squares, I'm sure you know the feeling----------
This is a card that I sent to my friend Queen B, who is a very funny, kind lady. I have not spoken to her this week, so maybe this is the one who is no longer my friend.!!! lol

I must really get something done around the house...... I seem this week, to have become like a 'woman possesed' it's like the end of the world is nigh!
Anyway, I went to get more memory on my comp and when I got back, I could not get this card out of my head, so I sat down and did it! spots/dots/green-------

I used apple green cardstock

Image is 'scruffy' from just ink-lined
coloured with pro-markers and edged with green gel pen

Today, another of my friends has recieved her special card, lol.... and she is still talking to me, ( just goes to show a lot of people don't get upset by insults! well meant, of course. Todays card has gone to Little Bo, who lives near Blackpool---- maybe she will get a life as a pole dancer in one of the many clubs hehehehehehe

2nd post in a day!

Well, this is a first for me.... 2 cards in 1 day,I made these over the week-end but had to wait for the postie to do his stuff ! 3 out of 5 of my friends are still speaking, so hopefully the other 2 won't go into a sulk.........
This again is 'Stella' from Bugaboo, I think what attracts me, is that some days I can really be grumpy like her and identify with the things she says !!! lol, ask my friends! This is for Jules, she has all the gear from the Doctor, sprays, pills and patches to stop smoking, so instead of telling fibs to me, she is pretending to be really busy.... I know she is 'still at it' ( Don't let on I have told you) hehehehehe,

Fleetwood Market and Freeport

Yesterday (Tuesday) we had a ride out to Fleetwood, the weather went really nice , warm and sunny....... we started off at the Market and I got a few ribbons and a couple of bits....... then it was off the the award winning chip shop (always a must when we go) lol.... after we had to dash to freeport as they close at 6pm..... went first in Paper Mill and re-stocked on card, a large box of mixed for £5.99p (144 sheets of A 4, I would have got another 15/20 in but I was dropping the box and the lady came, took it off me and selotaped it up, (my fault for trying to reach to shelf lol.) There was also an offer on white pearlized card, 2 boxes for £6.00, so I bought those as well, 75 in one box 80 in the other and it is lovely card, got some DST and then went to Craft Central, just bought a Christmas folder and mixed gems from there, nothing else seemed to jump out at me !!
Well, Aunty Sue is the first one to recieve her card made this week lol
She has 'sold' her house 3 times this year, each time the sale has fallen through just before completion..... so I thought she may be in need of the prozac to make her happy !!!!It seems to have worked from the look on her face.

Warm and Muggy day

Hello All
We have had a very drizzly, warm and muggy day here near Manchester......what is is coming to when you can't dry the washing in July ?? lol
For the past 2 days I have been working on a project that I cannot show you just yet !..... once the postman gets going, I will be able to reveal what I have been up to.... suffice to say, I may certainly be in need of new friends by Friday, as I won't have any left ! lol
